💙 NYSPHSAA proudly launches Mental Health Awareness Week 💙
Centered around the powerful theme: Human > Athlete
This initiative reinforces an important truth: before performance, before competition, student‑athletes are human first.
🗓 Tuesday – Take a Moment
Pause. Breathe. Check in with yourself.
How are you really doing?
Human > Athlete reminds us that mental health matters just as much as physical performance—and deserves the same care, attention, and respect.
