Looking for some entertainment while on vacation and home, come check out 2 Big Basketball Tournaments over the winter break week.
Our Watkins Glen JV & Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will be hosting a 4-day Holiday Tournament. Girls Basketball will kick it off the MBW Memorial Tournament December 27 & 28th and following will be the Boys Basketball Holiday Tournament playing on December 29 & 30th. Please see the attached Flyers for Digital Programs using the QR codes.
Wednesday 12/28, Varsity Wrestling is heading off to Binghamton for their Holdiay Match ups! Match starts at 9:00 AM
Travel to see the JV Girls Basketball play at the Avoca-Plattsburgh's Holiday Tournament Thursday 12/29 Tip Off @ 1:30 PM and Friday 12/30.
The Fitness Center and Indoor Track will also be open Tuesday, December 27th - December 30th
from 9am to 12 pm and evenings 5-8pm. Saturday December 31st 9am -12 pm
There will be no morning Lap Swim this week.

WGCSD is now closed for today 12.16.22. All after school activities are cancelled and athletic events will be rescheduled. The fitness center will be closed for today, and all facility use by outside organizations are cancelled for today 12.16.22.
WGCSD will operate on a 2-hour delay today December 16, 2022. At this point, all after school activities are moving forward as scheduled. Updates for sporting events will be communicated from our Athletic Department via Final Forms. Stay tuned and be safe WG!

Please join us tonight (December 13th) for a Watkins Glen Holiday Concert (Grades 9-12) and Art Show. Doors will open at 6 PM for the 6:30 PM show. Student Art for grades 7-12 is displayed in the lobby. Our middle level concert is scheduled next Tuesday at the same time.
The Varsity Club is sponsoring a "personal care" drive for the Food Pantry. Bring in shampoo, conditioner, or bodywash to any of our home events or drop them off in Mrs. Popovich’s room. The Varsity Club will be collecting shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash December 2 – 16 at the JV and Varsity Basketball games, Boys Swimming, and Bowling matches, Come on out and support our community and our athletes!

Absentee/Retake day is coming up!
Inter-State/SLR Photography will be here on Dec 1 st, 2022, to re-photograph anyone that was absent on original day and retake those who are not satisfied with their original photo. Please be sure to send your original picture package back to the school with your child(ren) to give to the photographer when they go to the camera. If your child(ren) was absent on original day and you would like to pre-order a picture package from the absentee picture day, please see the online order info below.
