Grade Reporting

  You can now monitor your child’s progress in school on a daily basis through Parent Portal. This program allows you to see what grade your child received on every assignment. Information on how to sign up for this program has been sent home to you. If by some chance you have misplaced this paperwork, please contact the middle school and we will replace it.

 Report cards are handed out every ten weeks (4 marking periods).  End of year report cards are mailed home.  Schedule for report card distribution for the 2011-2012 school year is as follows:

           End of 1^st Marking Period

          November 9 – Report cards distributed November 18

          End of 2^nd Marking Period -1^st Semester

          January 27 – report cards distributed February 3

          End of 3^rd Marking Period

          April 4 – report cards distributed April 20

          End of 4^th Marking Period – 2^nd Semester – End of Year

          June 22 – report cards MAILED June 29

 Honor Roll Qualifications

91.500 – 100 – High Honors

84.500 – 91.499 – Honors

79.500 – 84.499 – Merit

Please note that any grade below 70 or an Incomplete disqualifies student from honor roll status
